Growing up my parents would take us school shopping right around the end of summer for the upcoming school year at either Sears or Target. You had the choice between Wranglers or Tuffskins for jeans and Zips shoes or some other nontraditional nowadays marketed shoes. And of course you had to go with the T-shirts of the day to express yourself in a way that most 13 year old boys that would get noticed by the ladies / girls in class. I had a Purple Rain, AC/DC, Van Halen and ZZ Top in my arsenal.
Trust me people the T-shirts did not work in middle school, high school, college or would not had worked to meet my wife. I look back on it now and think if I had a son (Thank goodness I did not); I would have given him the heads ups that he was a complete and udder dumb ass to wear one.
But there is a store that my daughters think is the holy grail of all stores for fashion that has replaced the arcade of the old days at the mall. It has all the “trendy fashionable” clothes and accessories that girls between the ages between 5 and 12 seek to express themselves. When asked what they want to do on an early Saturday morning when they have that gift card or allowance money burning through their pockets that they got for their birthday, Christmas, a life milestone of some sort, it is JUSTICE!!!!!!!! https://www.shopjustice.com/
It is like Christmas 24-7 on a giant pixie stick high intensity madness of who knows what. In the end, it is fun and exciting to see them sharing a moment together as sisters in the same store together enjoying the same experience and picking out the same neat “trendy fashionable” clothes and accessories that girls between the ages between 5 and 12 seek to express themselves. They actually get along and giggle and laugh about the experience; which is memorable to them as it is to me and mom.
P.S. –Those damn emoji pillows will be the death of me.
